2010 TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK
May 10 – May 14
At St. John the Baptist Catholic School, we are very blessed with great Teachers and Staff, who are dedicated AND devoted!
Here’s our opportunity to show them how much they really mean to us!
Day 1 - Monday May 10
BREAKFAST KICK-OFF
Family Club will host a light Teacher & Staff Appreciation breakfast to
kick-off their week
Day 2 - Tuesday May 11
“THOUGHTFUL MESSAGE” DAY
Students are asked to write a special note to their teacher or make a homemade
card, with a thoughtful message inside and bring it in on this day. Your child may need help!
Day 3 - Wednesday May 12
CLASS BOUQUET
Bring in one single flower for your teacher to create a “one of a kind” classroom bouquet. Teachers will be treated to a lovely lunch as well as presented with an individual gift from your Family Club
Day 4 – Thursday May 13
“RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS” DAY Students are asked to perform “Random Acts of Kindness” towards their teachers today e.g. clean-up your desk, empty the recycling or sweep before being asked!
Day 5 – Friday May 16
“TREAT” DAY Students are asked to bring in ONE small special treat for their teacher today.

JOIN THE FAMILY CLUB IN THIS OUTPOURING OF APPRECIATION FOR OUR GREAT TEACHERS AND STAFF! PLEASE HELP YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE TOO!
