St. John's Parent Participation
NOTICE
All parents must work a minimum of **5** hours in a fundraising/social/hospitality capacity. | |
All parents are required to serve a minimum of **5**of their required 20 hours in a fundraising or social/hospitality event or function. These activities require a significant number of volunteers and they are vitally important to the success of our school community. St. John's now reqiures all of our families become involved in these activities. Financial donations for an event may not be applied to the Parent Participation Requirement. All hours performed must be approved and signed off by the responsible staff or board members. Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and approved in writing by administration. |

--PHOTOGRAPHERS needed to capture St. John's events on film - Please contact Jennifer Huffman at jen@hcnapa.com if you can help. No experience necessary.
--REPORTERS/CORRESPONDENTS/WRITERS needed to capture St. John's events for various publications/website- Please contact Jennifer Huffman at jen@hcnapa.com if you can help.
--Hospitality Volunteers needed for after mass Hospitality Service. Please contact the school office if you can help. THESE ARE SOCIAL/HOSPITALITY HOURS!!!

There are MANY ways you can make a difference at St. John's. As you can see by the above list there are many opportunities to get involved even if you are not available during the school day.
