What's For Lunch?!

1. January 2012 Lunch Menu for our Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Lunches.  These lunches have been a great success.  Thank you to Tom and Ann Bassett from Bistro J at Justin-Siena High School for providing this much needed service to our school.
2. Pizza Lunch Friday order form - many of you pre-ordered through the end of December. Our first pizza lunch of the new year will be on Friday, January 13th.  Cheese pizza from Filippi's Pizza Grotto is served every Friday.  
3. Burrito Monday order form - as with the pizza lunches, many only ordered through December.  Our first Burrito Monday will be on January 9, 2012.  Thank you to Villa Corona for providing the delicious bean, rice and cheese burittos.

See November Tuesday/Wednesday Thursday lunch menu attached.  Reminder:  Lunches must be turned in to the school office by the end of the school day on Thursdays for the following week's order.  You may pre-order for the entire month.

Monday, November 7th - Dine & Donate @ Mary's Pizza Shack (don't forget your coupon)

Friday, November 11th - No School - Veteran's Day Holiday

 School Lunch Service - Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays

We are excited to announce that we have a new school lunch service for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (full day Wednesdays only).  Tom  and Ann Bassett, who run Bistro J at Justin-Siena High School, will be offering sandwiches/wraps/salads and chips for $4.50.  Milk may be ordered for an additional 30 cents.  An order form is included in your Wednesday Envelope and attached. 

Orders must be turned into the school office by the end of the day on Thursdays for the following week's order.  No late orders can be accepted.  You may preorder for the entire month.  Please pay by cash or check, payable to St. John the Baptist Catholic School.

Lunches are prepared off-site and delivered to our school by 11:00am.  Milk will be refrigerated.

Student lunch times are as follows:

Kindergarten & 1st Grade - 11:15am - 12:00pm

2nd Grade - 6th Grade - 11:45am - 12:25pm

7th Grade & 8th Grade - 12:15pm - 12:55pm

When dropping off lunches for students, please place the lunch on our "lunch table" located in the hall outside the school office.  Lunches should be clearly marked with the student's name and grade.  Please be sure to bring student lunches prior to their lunch time.  All students need to be able to eat their lunch at the lunch tables with their classmates.

Every full day Friday is "Friday Pizza Fundraiser Lunch". A pizza lunch order form is included in this week's Wednesday Envelope and attached. The cost of this lunch is $5, which includes 2 slices of FILIPPI'S cheese pizza, carrots & ranch dip, and a treat. You may pre-order the pizza lunches or you may order the day of in the morning.

Every full day Monday is "Burrito Day".  A burrito lunch order form is included in this week's Wednesday Envelope and attached.  The cost of this lunch is $4, which includes a bean, rice and cheese burrito from VILLA CORONA.  You may pre-order or order the day of in the morning.
