One Heart at a Time Gala
One Heart at a Time Gala Gala - Saturday, April 25, 2009 Join us Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the Meritage Resort and Spa at Napa Our Annual Gala - One Heart at a Time is, an evening of good food, good wine, good friends and good cheers, all gathering together for one purpose - to raise money for our children and a fantastic school. Attention Gala Volunteers I've been placing calls to individuals who have expressed interest in helping at the Gala and would like to list those who I have confirmed so far as volunteers. If your name should be on this list, but is not or if you would like to help out but hadn't signed up prior, feel free to contact me. I apologize if there is an oversight on my part and will be happy to make it right. I am certain there are some of you who have me on your "to call list" as well. At this point, I have confirmed the following volunteers to help out with set up, at the event itself or have offered to do special projects as they arise prior to the Gala. It may seem hard to believe, but the Gala is just around the corner. The Gala will be held on Saturday, April 25th at 5:30 p.m. at the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa. The event will feature hors d'oeuvres and 3-course dinner, a silent and live auction. So mark your calendars and talk to your friends, families and alumni about joining us for this fun evening. Gala invites will be sent out this week - Look for them in your mail. Also, there is still time to become a sponsor. Your sponsorship plays an important role in the Gala success and we thank you. DONATIONS STILL NEEDED Thank you to all that have donated to our upcoming Gala event. Some of you may have thought of a donation you'd like to make, but you haven't turned in a donation form. Not to worry! There is still time to make donations. Sponsorship Deadline: Monday, March 2nd Please turn in your Sponsorship Forms! Many school families and businesses have expressed an interest in being a Gala Sponsor and we want to recognize you as we print this year's One Heart at a Time invitations. Sponsorship opportunities range from $300 - $2,000 and include promotional opportunities, tickets and table purchases. In order to be included as a sponsor on the Gala invitations, please submit your sponsorship form to the School Office by Monday, March 2, 2009. Forms are available on the Gala Bulletin Board, or contact Elise Negueloua through the school office at 224-8388, ext 0. Even though, many event items are donated or provided at discounted rates, we still have expenses that need to be covered and sponsors are the angels who help cover the necessary expenses. More sponsorship mean that more of the money raised from the silent and live auction bidding can go directly to our school. Sponsors play an important role in the Gala success and we thank you. Please consider helping us reach our goal of $100,000 with a tax-deductible sponsorship. Any amount of sponsorship will be put to good use toward the success of the Auction and our children's education. Should you or your employer provide sponsorship, we will proudly recognize you in all event publicity. Look for your sponsorship material in the mail.
