Tuition Credit Raffle!

Tickets now on sale

Buy a Tuition Credit Raffle Ticket to be in the running to win a $3000 Credit toward your 2008-2009 St. John the Baptist School Tuition!

This is an opportunity to support the School and be included in the drawing to win tuition credit for your son, daughter, granddaughter, niece, or nephew. The drawing will take place at our One Heart at a Time Gala, Saturday, May 10th, but winners do NOT need to be present to win.

This is a great way to be a part of the Gala fundraising efforts, even if you can not attend the event. All who purchase tickets prior to May 1st will be listed as event donors.

Tickets are $50; or two for $90

200 tickets will be sold. Each ticket you purchase brings you closer to winning a $3000 credit toward tuition for the 2008-2009 academic year!

Be a Gala DONOR

A DONOR is a Person or Business who donates an item or service to the event. Donors make the silent auction and live auctions spectacular with donations of silent auction lot items, such as sporting event tickets, dinners, getaways.   If you are interested in donating an item for our silent or live auctions, donations forms are available through our school office at (707) 224-8388 ext 0.

Be a Gala SPONSOR

A SPONSOR is a Person or Business who purchases tickets, or an entire table at the event. Event Sponsors have the opportunity to invite guests to attend the event and sit at their named table. Gala Sponsor opportunities include:

Be a Gala UNDERWRITER

An UNDERWRITER is a Person or Business who provides funds to underwrite a specific item to help make the Gala a success. Many event items are donated or provided at discounted rates, but there are still expenses that need to be covered and underwriters are the angels who help cover the necessary expenses. More sponsorships mean that more of the money raised from the silent and live auction bidding can go directly to our school. Underwriters play an important role in the Gala success and are proudly recognized in all event publicity.

Your support will play an important role in the education of our students at St. John the Baptist Catholic School. We invite you to consider sponsorship of our 2008 One Heart at a Time Gala. We make every effort to have this event underwritten in order to allow all proceeds raised at the gala to benefit the school directly.

Note that all donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
