Homework March 2, 2010

Good afternoon.  It certainly turned out to be a beautiful day.  The sunshine is always welcome to dry up some of the  puddles. We had a busy day celebrating Dr. Seuss today. In his honor we can READ, READ, READ  for homework tonight.

There is also some Spelling to be done.  Choose five of the words and use each in a good 3rd grade getting ready for 4th grade sentence.  We will have a test on Thursday since we will not be here on Friday.  I will pull words out of previous lessons in order to have a sizeable list. 

Tomorrow, the 3rd grade will lead the student  body in our celebration of the Eucharist.    It  is the feast of St. Katherine Drexel which is the name of one of our faith families. I hope that you will be able to join us.

Book reports are just around the corner.  March 10 and 11  are THE dates. 

Tomorrow is a full day of school.  Please be sure that your child has a lunch.
