Homework February 16, 2010

Good afternoon.  What a beautiful day we are experiencing today.  I think "spring fever" kicked in with a few students.

We had  a busy day which began with the burning of the palms of last year.  We had rugular Tuesday lessons in the AM.  In the afternoon Father Gordon did a Teaching Mass with the 2nd and 3rd grades.  We also had Faith Families in the afternoon to round out the day.

Our spelling homework is found on p 110.  The students should also write the words in the planner and have their test signed.  There will be the weekly test on Friday.  READING ROCKS is also due.

In math we are to do P 90 and have the timed Math test signed.  We will have a end of the chapter test on Friday.  It will include the concepts we have covered recently  such as  perimeter, area, and volume.  I'll review on Thursday.

Tomorrow we have Mass at 8;30.  Full uniform please.  We have a full day of school. 

A reminder that the  logs for   Six Flags Six Hour Reading cCub are due next Monday, February 22.  If yours is complete bring it in to join the pile I have already collected.
